Great Customer Service
I had a lot of questions in setting up the non-profit for my high school hockey team, and as a result I contacted customer support on multiple occasions. Shannel B. actually helped me on more than one occasion and was remarkably good at her job. She not only solved any issues and answered all my (many) questions, but she managed to do so efficiently and quickly. She is also really really skilled at being personable, helpful, and uplifting through chat support. Thanks to her I have an extremely positive impression of Beacon!
